FAQ’s

Non Stock and Website Products: We are continuously adding to our product range. If we have not yet listed a product on our website products that you are looking for, please let us know, we will be only too glad to provide you with details, we may already have it in stock.
 
Bulk Pricing: Do you require a price or an official quotation? just email with your wish list, the quantity of the item you need, along with your contact details, delivery location and we will respond as quickly as possible with a quotation to include delivery.

Prices: Prices are subject to revision without notice and are exclusive of delivery and VAT.

Stock and Delivery: We try to ensure that as many products as possible are available ex-stock, however there will be a lead time on some items.  Please check the lead time when placing order.

Delivery Charge: Carriage is charged according to weight, dimensions and number of parcels. A minimum charge of €10.00 applies for all areas of Ireland. We will aim to dispatch in stock order within five working days.

Non Delivery and Damage: Non delivery or damage of all or part of a consignment must be advised in writing within one day of receipt.

Returns Policy: No goods will be accepted for return without prior authorisation, therefore please contact us before returning any goods. Any goods returned due to no fault of On The Edge / OTE are liable to a 20% handling / restocking charge. No returned goods can be refunded unless in perfect condition. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Note on VAT: We are trade suppliers of professional services and products, all prices quoted are ex-VAT.
